@bkuhn Correct, #LGPLv2 was written by #Cygnus according to some historical accounts. I must admit LGPLv3 is easier to read than LGPLv2.x.

@mpiechotka, yes, and that !LGPLv2 problem is just many example of many why LGPLv3 is better weak #copyleft for users and developers. :)

Hmm… which license to use? !GPLv2, !GPLv3, #LGPL, #LGPLv2, #LGPLv3, #BSD, etc.? Mix? Split the project and use a few…?
